I'll ask about restaurants that we once very popular and now are not.

For example, if the clue is Founded 1985. 120 locations in 1998. A man's name. The menu featured Tex-Mex items, made-from-scratch salsa, tortillas and sauces, and a range of other Mexican specialties.

Founded 1969. More than 800 locations in the late 70s. One location still open (as of 2021). Known for fish and chips. Named after an actor.
Founded 1991 by a musician and a former KY Gov that had invested in KFC in its early days. Over 350 locations in the mid 90s. No US restaurants now.
